Sensational Tomato Peach Salad
4 ripe peaches, sliced (*)
4 ripe tomatoes, quartered (*)
½ cup red onion, chopped
Handful fresh mint, chopped
Handful fresh basil, chopped
Ultra-Premium Extra-Virgin Oil to dress or flavored olive
oil, such Blood Orange and Peach Balsamic
In a large bowl, combine peach slices and tomato
quarters. Add red onion, mint and basil
and gently toss.
